Once received a new reservation, few days before the tour an email confirmation will be sent to the same email address used for the reservation, with all the details including pick up time and tips for having a better tour.

In order to book a tour, the room number is MANDATORY. If a tour is booked when the customer has not arrived yet at the hotel, this info can be sent by email after the customer has checked in. Or customers can always call us. Without a room number the tour companies could be not allowed to enter the hotel and we can’t guarantee you’ll be pickud up the day of the tour.

Most of the tours can be booked till the day before according with the availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, we require at least 7 days notice to refund the deposit. For cancellations within 48 hours we’re gonna keep 50% of the total price.
