OUR REFUND POLITICIES
Online we ask only a small deposit (250 USD) to block the boat. Customers must complete at least 50% of the full payment within 2 days before the tour. Balance to be paid the day of the tour before getting on board.
In case of cancellation, we require at least 7 days notice to refund the deposit of 250USD. For cancellations within 48 hours we’re gonna keep 50% of the total price. Cancellation must be required BY EMAIL, (or by text/whatsapp in case) in order to have a written proof showing the exact date and time the customer asks to cancel. We will not accept cancellations by phone.
If, due to the weather conditions (storms, rough sea, etc) we are not able to run the tour, we will offer the customer the option to move the reservation for another day or get the full refund. All the cruises run regurarly also with cloudy/gray sky and light rain, as long as the safety of the customers is guaranteed.
